Dr. Faith Dyson-Washington is a native Philadelphian who enjoys helping individuals live purposeful lives. She is a Christian and has been practicing in the field of psychology for over 10 years. She uses an integrative cognitive behavioral approach to help individuals overcome debilitating psychological symptoms as well as achieve personal quality of life goals. She specializes in working with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders and women of color. Her research interests lie in the areas of positive psychology and work-family balance. Subsequently, she conducts executive coaching to help executives improve their productivity and performance.

Individual coaching is available for women executives and professionals that are looking to improve their performance in various areas including but not limited to: leadership skills, work-family balance, emotional intelligence, effective communication, productivity

Dissertation Coaching Group
The dissertation coaching group is a practical, strategic, solution-focused group that seeks to help individuals complete their dissertations one step at a time. Individuals will learn to overcome a myriad of obstacles related to completing their dissertations including writer’s block, perfectionism and procrastination. The group will also explore anxiety reduction, goal setting, prioritizing and stress management.
